End of support ATMS NG on 31.12.2022
As announced since mid-2020, official support for ATMS NG software will end on Dec. 31, 2022. THE SPECIFIC MEASURES IN DETAIL
Use of the ATMS NG software beyond 31.12.2022 is possible, however, we draw your attention to the fact that with
1. Longer waiting times
2. Limited resources
3. Increased risk regarding safety and functionality
have to calculate.
From 01.01.2023 we ask for your understanding that users of the ATMS CORE software will be treated preferentially for support requests. Software maintenance agreements for ATMS NG will be terminated as of 31.12.2022. New employees will be trained exclusively on the current ATMS CORE software, so in the medium term there will be fewer and fewer personnel available for the ATMS NG software.
As of 31.12.2021, the bugfixing of the ATMS NG software has been discontinued. You as a customer can therefore not react to existing or future security gaps.
Due to technical advancement of various peripheral systems (such as Microsoft), malfunctions may occur. Current case: "MS AUTHENTICATION NOTIFICATION"
In order to continue using the full functionality of your TOOLBASE output system, we strongly recommend that you upgrade to the latest ATMS CORE software.
For incoming orders until 30.09.2022 we reduce update costs for systems without maintenance service to max. 1 year (usually these costs are incurred for the number of years after the last update). Should there be delays in processing, we ask for your understanding that we process the release changes in the order of order receipt.
